NP6: failure to probe phy 4, phyaddr=9

Fortigate 500E, some of interface down and can not enabled them 6 number of interface has down. What's the problem? I'm confused!!!

    Have you tried a cold reboot?

     

    But, I expect hardware failure, time to call support.

    Thanks for answering Yes I did. The device is currently working with other interfaces. Is it possible to continue working with this device? Is it possible that other interfaces will also be damaged? It is a very sad event!
