I have solved the problem. The problem is due to the use of proxy-based inspection.
I have changed to a flow-based inspection. Now everything works wonderfully.
Now after use flow-based inspection and SSL Inspection for Twitter IP and use Web Content Filter.
Twitter works normally and I can filter content that is harmful and inappropriate.
Note: Twitter contains many inappropriate Content,
Maybe they are not too many when they are searched for in English, But it is too many other languages and Twitter management refuses to remove them even after reporting them.
