Not.Scanned Category in application control

Hi,

I have fortigate 310B working As explicit proxy in transparent mode when i have many application under category named not.scanned on the reports can anyone help me to understand why this happen.

    There are probably a traffic recognize.

     

    monitoring the traffic log and you should look to requests for non-standard services.
