Not Able To Ping Fortigate Interface

Hello

I have problem when i try to ping from the router it's showing request timeout.

I can able to ping from the windows system from the remote location as well as Locally

I also checked with my core switch to ping fortigate interface i can ping it.

Only problem is coming on the router when i try to ping form the remote location its showing timeout

Note: I have enabled the ping on the interface

Please Help

The cli cmd diag debug flow is your friend. try to execute it and review any messages. You have any thing and every thing to look

for example

trusthost

local-in firewall policy
