Not able to add Fortigate in inventory

Hello FNAC admins,

I'm trying to add my fortigate to FNAC inventory, I'm getting this error. SNMP is configured on my Fortigate, I'm able to ping Fortigate from FNAC and vice versa. Any ideas ?

Hello @ByteHaven,

On the FortiGate interface, do you have SNMP enabled? If so, you can run a sniffer on the FortiGate to verify whether the SNMP connection from FortiNAC is reaching the device.

hi,

maybe this would help, https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiNAC-F/Technical-Tip-Troubleshooting-SNMP-communication-issues/ta-p/198137

if you are using trusted-hosts on the FGT make sure to add the IP of FNAC to a user, dummy or legit.
