No response from webservers if IP based sticky sessions are enabled in Azure Fortiweb VM

We are trying to configure sticky sessions for backend web servers in FortiWeb WAF VM in Azure based on real client IP address. On the server policy screen, I checked the checkbox for Client Real IP. After that the webserver stops responding. If this setting is removed, then we get the normal response back.

What could be the possible reason and solution?
