No Power from PoE ports on Fortigate 60D-PoE

I just bought a used Fortigate 60D-PoE. I wanted the PoE port(s) for my Ubiquit Access Point Pro. However, I have enabled the PoE on the Port

When I connect my UAP Pro it will not turn on. I know the port works with its configuration because when I connect my UAP Pro to a PoE Injector and plug it into that port the configuration works the port then lights up and I get this info

Can some help me troubleshoot this?
