No internet after connected VPN

Hi I have the same issue here. Brand new MacBook Air, with iOS Catalina 10.15. With most current forticlient 6.2.2.xxx , after connected VPN, no data transmission either way. Anybody know how to solve the problem? Especially work from home moments?
