No internet access

Hi,

 

I am using Fortinet 300E and recently we added a leased line/public for accessing a specific application from outside, now the internet access of one of the server is working..please help

    hi,

     

    maybe you could edit your question, I guess "internet access of one of the server is NOT working...".

     

    Please check the routing table (Monitor > Routing Table). The default route (0.0.0.0/0) should point to your first, primary internet line (interface). Please post the output here.

     

    If you added a second line it might be that you configured a default route on it - you didn't provide much information about this (type of connection (PPPoE, DHCP, static,...), gateway settings, DHCP etc.

     

    Come back with more info and I'm sure there are enough people around here willing to help.

    Thank you, I think the issue with DNS. Its working now.
