No available firmware From Fortiguard

So what is your device? FortiGate?

And how does it connect to FortiGuard? Directly or via FortiManager?

What is your current firmware version?

Where did you try to upgrade the firmware? Is it possible to provide the screenshot?

Device is Fortigate 200F,direct connect via LAN,Firmware i already update to 7.4.3F build 2573,

hello @dingjerry_FTNT ,After upgrade the problem still the same,system still cant choose automatically compatible firmware
