[NFR] hiding UTM features from GUI on the FGT also hides related functions

I want to request this feature...

hide UTM features from GUI> Features and also hide related function from FortiClient Profile settings to keep consistency of functionality...

for example,

after clicking "ON" button to disable Application Control from GUI > Features, it will also hide the same function from FCT profile settings
