Newb Needs to whitelist some email domains

Hi Everyone, I am new to this position and was needing a little help. i have been assigned the task of whitelisting some incoming email domains and IPs for a new software  that our Benefits technician will be using. Im new to the Fortinet Fortigate 900D and the guy who set it up before me retired. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
