New Post not showing up under My Posts

I just made my first post for technical assistance.  I never got an email for it, and it does not show under My Posts.  Is it gone?

    Josh, If you check the mail confirming your Forum account details we do explain that posts from new members are subject to approval before publication. There will be an interval between submission and publication, this may be a few minutes or a few hours. Regards, Admin.
