NAT LAN IP unable to establish connection to Virtual Wire Pair IP!

Device: FG-100F

FortiOS: v7.0.0 build0066

Mode: NAT and enable Virtual Wire Pair interface

Description:

1. FG-100F is internal Firewall.

2. 1.1.1.X / 2.2.2.X are Public IP.

3. From 1.1.1.1/2.2.2.2/1.1.1.10/2.2.2.10 ICMP to 1.1.1.100 is OK.

4. From 192.168.1.10 ICMP to 1.1.1.10/2.2.2.10 is OK.

5. From 1.1.1.100 ICPM to 1.1.1.1/2.2.2.2/1.1.1.10/2.2.2.10 is OK.

6. LAN VM(192.168.1.10) unable to establish connection to Virtual Wire Pair VM(1.1.1.100), ICMP is not response.

7. Sniffer HOST 192.168.1.10 and ICMP , only ICMP request , not ICMP relay package.

8. Sniffer WAN 1.1.1.1 and ICMP, exist ICMP request to 1.1.1.100 , and ICMP relay from 1.1.1.100.

How do I solve the problem?
