Hello I have Fortigate 100F but can't ping external ip and fortigard server,

can't update firmware and can't login to forticloud

pls helpme to fix this

PS. I Setting all interface for wan to SD-WAN

did you defined your correct gateway in your FortIgate? in case like this I usually connect my laptop directly to ISP link to verify that the provided ip address was correct

I have same issue. I can ping (connect) to outside world, I can browse, ping, read my e-mail and so on ... but can't ping from CLI to the same servers I can ping from computers behind the Fortinet ...

Problem resolved already? I have same issue. I can ping from computers behind Forti 60E to outside world. But to same IP from CLI does not work ....

Also It looks like NTP server is not reached, so system is not on time ...
