My first Captive Portal Not Work in 100D

hello, I need your help....  I did the basic steps indicated in the tutorial to make the portal (Security Mode: captive protal)

 I connect a Notebook to the port of the 100D and get correctly the IP and DNS from the DHCP range. But when I opne open the browser does not appear Fortinet portal. Y receive the message DNS_probe_finished_no_internet and other similar.

I need to configure something else?
