Hello,

A client of ours has got A second IP to their WAN address :

First IP : IPv4 adres:                      217.***.232.38 / 27

Subnetmasker:                255.255.255.224

Gateway:                          217***.232.33

Second IP :

Subnet:                               178.***.103.97 / 32

If I add the Second IP-address to the WAN interface. Nothing happens. I can't open ports and go with IP adress out.

Am I missing something?

The question is how do they/you want to use the second/additional IP (/32). Many cases ISPs just route packets destined to the new IP toward the primary IP. Depending on the purpose, it can be routed through the FW to deliver/route it to a client device, or used for host/port mapping natted at the FW.

In either case, you need to have a new proper set of policies.
