Question

Multiple SSLVPN-Sessions on one Client

Hey there

Does anybody know, if it's somehow possible to have multiple SSLVPN-Sessions to different FortiGates open at the same time?

We are evaluating a new Remote-Access-Solution to our own infrastructure, where FortiClient (Windows App) is set as candidate no. 1 While connected to our own business-infra, we'd like to be able to connect to our customer-premises. (in most cases also via FortiClient)

Until now, we had DirectAccess to remotely access our own business-infra, so we didn't have this use-case....now this is becoming relevant.

Of course, closing one VPN tunnel and opening the other one is an option...but it wouldn't be nice :).

Thanks for your feedback

I did it before.

You can use the FortiClient Windows App (Download from Windows Store) and Regular FortiClient at the same time for connect to different sites. I didn't try this with macOS or Linux.

One important thing is there. Both site client IP addresses and routing addresses must be different.
