Multi-WAN links with SD-WAN Lowest Cost (SLA) (sla)

Hi, Guys,

Fortigate documents/articles mention the SD-WAN Lowest Cost (SLA) with the only case of two links. My case is for three links with this strategy, any idea ?

My case ( with three WAN links :(

1. two wan links with cost = 0 

2. the other link with cost = 10

My question is the two links, with cost = 0, will run load-balancing or not ?
