MS Surface is tagged as NAT device

Hi, we've got a MS Surface in our enviroment - this device is deteced as a NAT device and not as a Windows device. Any idea how I can solve this issue?

    My Mac was also listed as router (which is true as well) but as soon as installed FortiClient and registered it to the Fortigate the issue was resolved.
