Move Fortigate devices to new profile on FortiCloud

Morning All,

Moved into a new role and new company at the beginning of the year, and this has meant getting to grips with FortiGate firewalls. I am by no means an expert in them, and have started to learn how to use them.

What I do want to do is view them in FortiCloud. When I take a look at one of them, it says it is registered with FotiCloud, but that is obviously with my predecessor's FC profile.

How do I get to move them onto mine? And is there a way to get the FortiCloud Key off a device without requiring photos of the stickers?
