Please is it possible fortimail accepts and sends mail from a sender with more than 1 SPF Record?

No, it can't and it's correct, not a Fortimail issue.
A single domain must not have more than ONE SPF record.
Even so, if you want to force FortiMail to accept email from such domains publishing multiple sfp records, avoid SPF check in antispam profile at all.
