Monitoring of fortigate

We uses WhatsUp Gold for our networking monitoring of network devices.

recently we upgraded to a new fortigate 200E firewall. i have configured snmp for the fortigate but the whatsup gold cannot seems to be able to fully recognized it.

the SNMP OID is blank even after i have uploaded the fortinet MIB into the whatsup gold server.
