Monitor Internet speed using Fortigate 100A

Good afternoon friends
I wonder if there is any way to monitor Internet speed using Fortigate 100A .
The Fortigate is installed in a location that does not allow testing on site , so you have to take speeds through a remote connection to Fortinet , this device was installed to control user access to the Internet, however, it has recently I been having problems with the Internet connection , so I would like to monitor this issue in order to report at the time the company providing Internet , so they can check what is happening.
