I'm setting policy on my fortigate, suddenly the create new button for policy missing, does anybody new what happend ? Please refer image attached. Thank you
I'd suspect a problem with the browser, here probably IE. There is no real reason why this control would be missing. I don't see any "section view/global view" option either.
Try to manage the FGT directly via browser (HTTPS), use IE and Firefox. What firmware are you using again?
Thank you, yes i think it's firmware 5.0 issue, i try google chrome also same, after i format and download the 5.2 ver via TFTP from my pc, it's ok already ,found out more convenient to setup the vpn IPSec ,many step are automated.
