Mircrosoft team Audio issue during call

Dear All,

 

I have noticed during the Microsoft team call audio gets stuck for few seconds then again gets normal. checked at Firewall No packet loss even latency was normal during that time but what I have noticed too DDOS policy was blocking some UDP packets for inbound connection not outbound connection.

 

Just let me know what has to be done from my side If more than 20 users are connected at the same time for Microsoft team call.

 

how much threshold should I set  and what ports has to be allowed in DDOS policy .

Looks like this guide covers the recommended DOS policy for Teams:

You can set the policy to just monitor and see if it continues to get hit, then set a block threshold, or just leave it on monitor.
