Migratiing to FortiClientVPN on macOS

Hi,

 

Due to the changed licensing condition, I wanted to switch from a full FortiClient to the FortiClientVPN on macOS. 

 

Using the installer on the FortiClient homepage, https://forticlient.com/downloads, want to install the full FortiClient - as opposed the VPN only FortiClientVPN. 

I did uninstall FortiClient before attempting to install FortiClientVPN, but the behaviour remains the same. 

 

a few side notes:

* It seems to work correctly with the Windows Installer. 

* I did not try this on a 'virgin' machine - i.e. all machines had previously FortiClient installed. 

* The FortiClient Homepage has only a 6.2.0 Installer/DMG available, opposed to the release notes, which mentions a 6.2.1 Installer https://docs.fortinet.com/document/forticlient/6.2.1/macos-release-notes/625837/firmware-images-and-tools

 

 

Has anybody seen a similar behaviour?
