Microsoft Remote Desktop doesn't connect thru Forticlient macOS

Hi All,

Our company uses forticlient to connect to the company's network to work remote.

on MacBook Pro 2015 with Catalina we are able to connect with FortiClient VPN 7.0.7 to the company's network. but Microsoft Remote Desktop doesnt connect to the remote PC. we get an error.

We couldn't connect to the remote PC because the PC can't be found. Please provide the fully-qualified name or the IP address of the remote PC, and then try again. Error code: 0x104

How can we fix this? any help?
