Hi All, So have some MacBooks with sometimes this message, but wifi is still running, no ip change or whatever.

1 - Why this messages? (How can I find out why this is happening)

2 - How to disable them?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi

It is like if your agent has detected a VLAN change and is trying to get a new IP from the DHCP server.

You may to check from FNAC side if for some reason the client is being moved to another VLAN.

Is the FortiAP managed by FNAC? These messages can appear when FNAC is unable to detect the expected network that should be applied to the host. Is any endpoint compliance policy applied to this host, and does the host consistently report a healthy status?
Disabling the notifications is not recommend but if required the balloon notifications can be disabled with the registry value 'ClientStateEnabled' in a similar way as shown in this article: Technical Tip: Disable Persistent Agent credentials pop-up window
