Memory through the roof

I am considering restarting the ipsmonitor, but I am unaware on how this actually will affect the customers ? So some inout on this would be very appreciated. I also se my proxyd going super high...  Might this just be the hardware being on the "low end" ? .. this memory issues comes and goes.. once a week..today two time.
