Mb/s Bandwidth Report

I would like to run a historical report to show the bandwidth usage for a certain policy.  Similar to NetFlow, it would need to show the Mb/s for the past day, week, month, etc... and peaks and low points.  I've had a lot of trouble getting good responses on this.  Thanks.
