Mass configuration retrieve no longer functional 5.2>5.4

I recently upgraded my FMGR from 5.2.5 to 5.4.2 and I no longer get a prompt to retrieve my device configurations that are in a conflict state. I have Prompt Administrator to accept chosen under the System > Advanced settings checked but I never get a prompt. Is there a fix for this?

    I assume you are referring to the following: Configuration Changes Received from FortiGate >>Automatically accept Prompt Administrator to accept

    This will be for incremental change notification from the FGT & would show up as "auto-update" on the FMG side.  I don't believe it would apply when a full retrieve is carried out since a retrieve is initiated by the FMG.

    For 5.2 out of sync popup, in FMG 5.4 new GUI top right, there has a notification list and you can access that out of sync device list from there, see attached pic
