Malware:MSOffice/CVE_2017_11882.B!exploit

I keep getting notifications that OFFICE OUTLOOK has malware and that it has been quarantined on my MAC Notebook. When I do a full scan no virus is detected. I have manually updated OFFICE twice now. How can I stop the notifications from popping up every time I open OUTLOOK?
