maj manual antivirus failed

i am a new user for fortigate60d i want to make a manual maj for antirus and idps in my fortigate60d but it failed..

this is an extract to my console manager

when i download the signature on fortinet.support  i choose os 5.00 can we confirm me that's correct.i dont understand why the maj is failed
