Mac reboots after connecting to VPN

I have a user on a Mac 10.14.6 Mojave with FortiClient 6.0.3, IPSec with MFA. After he enters his username, password and token (FortiToken) his Mac connects to the VPN but then immediately reboots. I've tried older and newer versions of FortiClient with the same results. Fortigate is running 6.0.9. Any suggestions? Thank you.
