mac-binding in dial vpn

Dear Team,

Can we bind mac- address in Dial up vpn ( Windows native VPN).

I had searched several times in FortiGate documents - how to bind mac-binding in dialup vpn but unfortunately not any document found. 

Please this requirements only for dialup vpn not SSL VPN.
