Mac 10.7.5

Hi

I download the client from website, but when i open the DMG i get the device, but when i click that, it opens, but nothing happens.

I cant drill down on the website to see if the version is wrong. It says i need an account etc. with support ...

Any ideas as to how to get a correct version?
