Login is denied

We have Fortigate 90D, and web-filtering is enabled. Now when we access the website data.*****.com, it is being accessed but login is denied. But when we can login from another internet connection not secured by Fortigate. What changes should be made in the security profile of fortigate to sort out this problem. Anyone guide me. Thank you

    try to access the said website behind Fortigate without Security Profiles to validate if the issue still occur. Just play around with Web Filtering Categories only. Disabled other security profiles (av, ips and app control) to simplify the isolation process.
