Log&Report/Security/Anomaly - menu item missing on some units

Firmware:  5.2.4 and 5.2.5

Hardware:  Fortigate 300D and 3600C

    Hi;

  We have a number of 300D Fortigates deployed in our organization and 2 3600C units running active-active.  All 300D units are on the same firmware (5.2.4).  Some units have an option displaying for Anomaly under Log&Report / Security and some units do not.  On the HA cluster, the master unit has it, the slave does not.  Does this menu item only display if/when there are anomalies detected?  I can't see anywhere in the GUI where you would enable it.
