Log receive monitor

Hi

After the upgrade to v5.4 I noticed on the systems dashboard that the logs receive monitor is only showing about 20 logs/sec for each of our Fortigates.  However if I look at the device manager tab and then click on the average log rate it shows about 1400 logs/sec which is correct.

Question: why is there a difference between the two?
