Log ID 32003

Hello I'm new in fortigate. I have fortigate 60D version 5.2.5. Problem is that when i tried to access this device remotely through wan1 Interface IP. I logged in but after few seconds its logged out automatically. when I checked logs I found log ID "32003". Could any one suggest me solution.

    Never heard of that.

     

    That log simply tells that the user has logged out but not the reason

     

    32003 - LOG_ID_ADMIN_LOGOUT - Administrator logged out
