Log filters issue after fortigate upgraded to 6.2.2

Hello fortigurus,

Well I have fortigate 800D and fortianalyzer FAZ400E, we recently upgraded FortOS 5.4 to 6.2.2 "Taking into consideration the upgrade patch"

In prior version I was able to see Traffic logs (like which IP is blocked on what source/destination interface/port and what AppCtrl/webfilter profile Policy is applied if so).

Also the threat map at the analyzer is not showing any live attack hits anymore.

and now I cant see any traffic logs in OS6.2.2 ony few filters are working and also any violation policy hits at Policy ID 0

can anyone help me please.!!!
