Loadbalancer not reachable

Hi Guys,

can someone help me out on a Loadbalancer Topic?

Following Scenario, i have a working LB -> type Http, virtual Port 80, source hash...everything work like it should.

Yesterday we tried to change the LB scenario to -> type ip, lease RTT...behind the LB we use ha-proxy.

As soon we change the setup, our website was not reachable anymore.

1. i saw that the request landed on the LB but were not forwarded to the haproxy.

2. The LB was not pingable! on the rule the ICMP is allowed

can some help me out?

Equipment;

FortiGate 3040B version

Firmware Version v5.2.13,build762 (GA)

Cluster: Active-Passive
