Live URL Rating Issues

Hi All,

Recently we've been encountering an error in one of our environments where any submission to the Live URL Rating support gives the message "Thank you for your submission, your request will be reviewed in 24 hours." instead of going through the regular live rating process.  Has anyone else been experiencing this or noted similar behavior?
