Link monitoring issue

Hi,

i have a problem with a Link monitoring feature: the "update-cascade-interface". I have a Link-monitor process working fine except with the "update-cascade-interface": i mean that, when monitoring fails, the Source Interface do not goes down even if the "update-cascade-interface" is set to "enable". My source Interface is a VLAN interface: maybe the feature is not supported by VLAN logical Interfaces but only with physical ones ?

It's strange because if i send the command "diagnose sys link-monitor interface Outside1" the output shows the interface down but is not true: the interface is responding to ping and is up.
