link aggre with vlan ID

Hi, is it possible to link aggre for example ports 15 and 16 to link aggre with a Cisco switch 2960-X with a vlan ID. We were able to setup link aggre but as soon as we put in an interface vlan, for example

switchport access vlan 100

the server connected to this port then is unreachable. Is it possible to link aggre then put in a vlan for that etherchannel group?
