limited numbers of incoming e-mails

hi

I have a fortimail running in Gateway Mode, I need to limit the number of e-mails messages (inbound) per hour

I tried Mail Settings ---> Domains --> Edit domain --> advanced scan settings ---> Sender address rate control

but it not worked.

Take a look at session profiles.

Profiles > session

You can set various session limits values (number of connection, number of HELO/EHLO, number of rcpts etc.....

Yes I do IT but same problème I set all value un vaious session at 2. I steel receive a lot mail.

you want to limit incoming e-mail from the same sender/IP or limit incoming e-mail to one recipient?

PROFİLE-SESSİON---->İNCOMİNGMAİL--->Restrict the number of connections per client per 30 minutes to:10**** for example
