Limit bandwidth for guest network

I would like to limit the bandwidth to the internet for the guest network (via wifi) provided by FortiAPs.

What is the most clever way to solve this?

Thank you for your question. If the traffic is passing from FortiAP to FortiGate, you can use traffic-shaping on FortiGate to limit bandwidth:
