I'm speaking up about the license for remanufactured assets in the Brazilian market. Recently, I tried to legalize a piece of equipment, but Fortinet denied it after collecting the information. The denial happened because a certain partner sold a demo asset; the email communications proved this. It's common in the market for these devices to be flooded by the representatives themselves—you just have to look at the ads in Brazil. I opened tickets to prove ownership, provided the password, showed the invoice, and my request was denied with the following information: 'Please contact an authorized reseller.'
