Licence Expiry Notification

Hi All

 

We have a FortiManager that we use to report on client firewalls. We also make use of the event handlers for various notifications.

 

What I am trying to do, is get the Analyzer to mail us when a device's license is going to expire soon. I cannot for the life of me find this in the logs so that I can create an event handler.

 

Any ideas?

    I do believe once you registered any fortinet products/devices under support.fortinet.com portal, it will send notifications 3 mos ahead prior it will expire.

    The notifications generally come out 3 months, 2 month, and 1 month prior to the expiration date from no-reply-renewal@fortinet.com. Our FortiManager/Analyzer support will expire at the end of winter, and we already got those three notifications by now.
